SECTION .0300 ‑ REQUIRED STAFF

10a NCAC 26D .0301      PSYCHIATRIST

Each service delivery site shall employ, or contract for, the services of a psychiatrist to ensure the client's accessibility to services which require the judgment and expertise of a psychiatrist.
